When we navigate the Fusion pages, we see drop down lists for most of the fields having text drop down values. However when we query the underlying base tables, we see some code in that field and we don’t have any clue on which code maps to which drop down list value.
I have listed down the list of lookup types and the corresponding field names in Fusion to the extent that I am aware of across modules.

Tip: In most of the cases there is no relation between the lookup code name and the attribute name. Refer this list when you have a requirement to check the lookup code.
